TEAM CAPTAINS
ROYA Bowling Team Captain
We have started planning for our 39th annual Bowl-A-Thon! It will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm at Astro Lanes, 32388 John R Rd., Madison Heights, MI. We would love to see you and your team there again -or for the first time!
We will be using an online site this year for registration. If you prefer to register or donate OFFline, please contact me directly for details.
TEAM CAPTAINS - PLEASE HELP US WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. Register your team FIRST by going to https://roya.betterworld.org/campaigns/royal-oak-youth-assistance-39th and clicking on create your own fundraising page.
2. If you prefer step-by-step instruction. I have included them in the email. For the 39th Bowl-A-Thon, skip to Step 3.
3. Once you are registered and have created your Team Fundraising Page use the link supplied at the end, to recruit your team members right away via email or social media.
a. There are four (4) members on a team. Each team must raise $400, ideally $100 per bowler.
b. Individual team members can create their own fundraising pages, so they can start online fundraising of their own, using email and social media right away.
c. Bowlers will be provided (2) games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, and one soft drink. A cash bar will also be available.
4. Inform your teammates that bowling will begin promptly at 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Astro Lanes, 32388 John R, Madison Heights, MI.
On behalf of all the kids and families we help, THANK YOU for your time and effort in making the Bowl-A-Thon a success!
